The SignalTrac VLU (Vehicle Location Unit) is a very small, self contained tracking and Communications device that can be used in vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, boats, generators or any asset that has a 12 Volt power source. Using satellite (GPS) technology. The locator quietly tracks the vehicle or asset’s exact location. When polled by the user, the VLU reports the vehicle’s exact location, speed and direction using cellular communications.
The VLU’s coverage encompasses the United States, as well as Mexico and Canada. All information is internet based, so there is never any software to purchase or load. The VLU comes with a 1 year warranty.

A map on the screen will enable you to zoom in and out the clearly marked car. The location will be returned with the speed, direction and heading.

You may disable or enable your vehicle’s starter via any web enabled PC.
The VLU can be programmed to report future location requests, either one time or recurring daily, weekly or monthly.

When Geo-Fence is enabled your vehicle will send an email or text message to notify you that the Geo-Fence boundary has been crossed. This message will be sent when the vehicle crosses into or out of the Geo-Fenced boundary. If you select “enforced 24/7” a message will be sent each time the vehicle crosses the defined boundaries.

Should the VLU be disconnected from its power source, a notification will be sent that the VLU has switched to it's internal back up battery.
Your vehicle can be monitored through the internet in map, satellite, or hybrid views.
