The VLU “PLUS” provides the user with additional features that the Basic VLU does not have.
Features:
Get Location
A map on the screen will enable you to zoom in and out the clearly marked car. The location will be returned with the speed, direction and heading.
Starter Enable/Disable
You may disable or enable your vehicle’s starter via any touch-tone or web enabled PC. When the ignition of the vehicle is turned off, after the signal is received, an automatic report is sent to your choice of communication with the location of the vehicle. The unit can be configured to report each time the starter is activated or de-activated.
Vehicle Alarm Notification
Should the vehicle alarm sound for more than 20 seconds, a report of the vehicles location, speed and direction is sent to your choice of communication (phone, text pager, or email)
Geo Fence Alerts
When Geo-Fence is enabled your vehicle will send an email or text message to notify you that the Geo-Fence boundary has been crossed. This message will be sent when the vehicle crosses into or out of the Geo-Fenced boundary. If you select “enforced 24/7” a message will be sent each time the vehicle crosses the defined boundaries.
Speed Alerts
The VLU Plus can send an e mail or text message to a cell phone if the vehicle exceeds a pre- set speed limit.
Door Unlock
For your convenience, your vehicle’s doors can be unlocked via any touch-tone or web enabled PC.
Low Battery Notifications
The VLU Plus will alert you if the vehicle battery is becoming critically low, so you can have your vehicle serviced or battery replaced before it dies, so you will not get stuck somewhere with a dead car battery.
Unauthorized Vehicle Movement Notification
The VLU Plus can be configured by the end user that if the vehicle moves during unauthorized times of day or night you will be notified immediately.
Optional Panic Button
If the optional panic button installed, when it is depressed the vehicle location will be sent to an emergency call center who will contact and dispatch local police in the area where the vehicle is located. ** Emergency contact and dispatch will incur additional charges to credit card on file**
Back Up battery
Should the VLU Plus be disconnected from its power source, a notification will be sent that the VLU plus has switched to it's internal back up battery.

Your vehicle can be monitored through the internet in map, satellite, or hybrid views.
